Branding Profile

How the branding profile works

Every printable document on this site — Cash Memo, Tax Invoice, Delivery Challan, School Result Card, Hospital Prescription Pad, Salary Slip, and roughly ninety more — starts with the same header: your brand name, address, contact details, tax number, and (optionally) a logo. Instead of typing those fields every single time, you save them here once and they flow into every slip automatically. Editing them later updates the header on every future slip without touching the slips you've already exported as PDF.

Privacy: what gets saved and where

All branding data lives in your browser's localStorage under the key suc:branding-profile. That storage is sandboxed to this domain — other websites can't read it, and we don't transmit it to any server. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use Incognito mode, the profile will be empty and you can re-enter it. Your logo is embedded as a base64 data URI inside the JSON so it travels with the rest of the profile and works fully offline.

Pakistan / Gulf / India tax field guide

• Pakistan: NTN (National Tax Number) on cash sales; STRN (Sales Tax Reg. No.) on tax invoices. Filers should print both.
• India: GSTIN (15-character) is mandatory on every Tax Invoice ≥ ₹200.
• UAE / Saudi / Bahrain: TRN (15-digit Tax Registration Number) is required on every VAT invoice.
• UK / EU: VAT number prefixed with the country code (e.g. GB123456789).
